Human Resource Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead the organization's complete human resources function. The candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.


• Lead and manage the complete HR function and HR team.


• Establish HR policies, processes, SOPs, and best practices.


• Act as a strategic HR advisor to the management and leadership team.


• Drive organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Develop effective recruitment strategies for senior, mid-level, and operational positions.


• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process.


• Work with department heads to identify manpower requirements.


• Develop talent pipelines and succession planning strategies.


• Build strong relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals, and other talent sources.

Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention.


• Establish effective employee communication and feedback mechanisms.


• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.


• Develop employee welfare and engagement programs.


• Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Performance Management

• Design and manage the organization's performance appraisal system.


• Establish KRAs, KPIs, and performance management processes.


• Coordinate annual appraisal and salary revision processes.


• Identify high-potential employees and develop career growth plans.
