Job Description - Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic input on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes.
  • Coach managers on performance feedback, development planning, and employee evaluations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend actions for improvement.

Change Management:

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires travel.
  • Office environment with standard business hours; flexibility for remote work arrangements.
