The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive workplace experience. This role focuses on employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee welfare, policy implementation, performance management support, and maintaining HR processes. Recruitment support will be limited and primarily involve coordination with business teams.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing employee needs with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, reimbursements, and employee benefits.
Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and welfare matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, statutory requirements, and HR documentation.
Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback cycles, and performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, reports, and all HR-related documentation.
Organize and coordinate learning and development programs and employee training initiatives.
Support recruitment by coordinating interviews, preparing offer documentation, and facilitating onboarding for selected candidates.
Collaborate with business leaders to enhance employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience initiatives to support business growth.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles
Experience in startups or technology companies is an advantage.
