Human Resources (HR) Executive

Position Overview
This role will require you to assist the human resources team to identify and recruit specialists for Arin consultancy’s network of industry experts to facilitate consultations between our clients and industry professionals.

Responsibilities
• Serve clients by identifying their needs and providing feedback on the successful filling of jobs.
• Comprehend job specifications and record accurate job descriptions ensuring client requirements are in line with key processes and legislation.
• Search and shortlist CVs in line with the job order request while safeguarding specific standards reflective of client requests.
• Keep in regular contact to review the progress and performance.
• Prescreening the candidates for their suitability and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to be constantly self-driven and organized.
• Actively seeking out opportunities in human resources department.
• Interns(freshers) or experienced are welcome.

Additional Details
• Working Days: Mon to Friday (alternate Saturdays working)
• Work timings: 9:30AM to 6:30PM
• Office location: Dadar TT (Mumbai)
• CTC: As per experience
