Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement (50%)
âDesign and execute employee engagement initiatives, learning sessions, and culture-building activities
âDevelop engaging internal communication materials (newsletters, posters, campaigns, announcements)
âConceptualize and drive creative engagement campaigns and events
âPartner with stakeholders to drive participation and alignment across teams
âExperiment with innovative formats (online and in-person) to enhance engagement
âTrack effectiveness and continuously improve initiatives based on feedback and insights
2. Coordination & Documentation (30%)
âManage end-to-end logistics for engagement activities, learning programs, and HR initiatives
âEnsure seamless execution with strong attention to detail
âMaintain accurate documentation of HR processes, participation, and outcomes
âTrack metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making
3. HR Business Partnering (20%)
âAct as the HRBP for the assigned employee group
âConduct exit interviews and derive actionable insights
âFacilitate regular cadence meetings with teams and managers
âAddress employee queries and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner
âBuild strong, trust-based relationships with employees and stakeholders
Skills & Competencies
Must-Have
âCreativity in designing engaging campaigns and employee experiences, with proficiency in AI tools
and Canva (or similar)
âStrong learning agility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
âHigh ownership mindset with strong execution focus
âAbility to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively internally and externally
Good-to-Have
âWorking knowledge of Excel for tracking and reporting
âUnderstanding of HRBP responsibilities and HR lifecycle processes
âExperience in campaign management, content creation, or storytelling
âAbility to interpret data and derive actionable insights
âExposure to employer branding or internal communications
Not Suitable For
âIndividuals seeking roles that are purely operational/transactional or purely creative/strategic, rather than a blend of both
âThose who prefer clearly defined, static responsibilities with limited change
âCandidates who require constant direction rather than taking ownership
âIndividuals not comfortable with collaboration or handling complex people-related challenges
âThose seeking fully remote roles (this role requires 3 days in-office)
Qualifications & Experience
âBachelorâs degree (any discipline)
â2â4 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related creative
roles; or transferable experience in campaign management, content creation, or marketing
âPrior experience in HR or HRBP roles is an advantage
âStrong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
