Job Description - hvac billing engineer

Assist management on site strategies, decision making, project execution, cost

optimization, quality improvement, etc.

Liasioning with Government officials for approvals, contractual agreement,

billing, completion & handing over documentation, resolving technical &

commercial issues.

Built client relationships, managed orders and provided support.

Closure of Major Faults / Escalated complaints and maintain SLA checklist.

Installed components to HVAC systems such as Air ducts, Dampers ,Electrical

Panels, Microprocessor based Control Panel, AHU, VRF / VRV, etc.

Testing & commissioning Of Smoke Management System In Govt Buildings.

Integration of CO detectors to ventilation system and Fire control system.

Retrofitting work for Dismantling and installation of AHUs, FCUs, & Exhaust fans.

Analyzed shop drawings and manufacturers' design specifications to determine

HVAC equipment configuration and complete proper installation

billing
