Job Description - HVAC Project Manager

Plan and execute HVAC projects, primarily focusing on VRF/VRV systems.

 Supervise installation of indoor/outdoor units, refrigerant piping, insulation, drainage,

and control systems.

 Manage testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system performance

verification.

 Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.

 Lead site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

 Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and OEMs.

 Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, quality, and safety.

 Maintain progress reports, as-built drawings, commissioning records, and handover

documentation.

Requirements

 Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

 6–7 years of HVAC experience, including 1–2 years in project management or team

leadership.

 Strong hands-on experience in VRF/VRV installation, execution, testing, and

commissioning.

 Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or equivalent brands.

 Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, HVAC drawings, BOQs, and project planning.

 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in commercial buildings, IT offices, hotels, hospitals, or residential

high-rise projects
