Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Purchase Executive located in Mumbai. The HVAC Purchase Executive will be responsible for procuring HVAC systems and components from authorized dealers, negotiating prices and contracts, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The HVAC Purchase Executive will also maintain relationships with vendors and conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC procurement or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and suppliers
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to identify new suppliers
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
