A HVAC Sales Engineer acts as the key link between the technical team and customers, providing both product expertise and sales support. The role involves understanding client requirements, offering suitable technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: •Understand client needs and propose suitable technical solutions. •Prepare and deliver detailed technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. •Collaborate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects. •Conduct site visits if required. •Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, including troubleshooting and maintenance support. •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. •Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base. •Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Skills & Competencies: •Strong knowledge of mechanical or HVAC systems. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. •Ability to manage multiple requirements and client requirements simultaneously. •Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team. Educational Qualification: •Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
