Job Role: HVAC Site Engineer

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- HVAC Design and Planning: Design, plan, and execute HVAC solutions tailored to project requirements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement.

- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to project team members and ensure quality control of design submittals.

- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Required Skills:

- HVAC Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.

- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Vendor Management ; Identifying potential vendors / sun contractors for site execution based on the geographical location.

Education and Certification:

- Bachelor's degree in/ diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Relevant certifications, such as LEED accreditation is an added advantage.
