Position: HVAC Supervisor
Experience Required: [0-3+ years in HVAC installation, maintenance & supervision]
Key Skills:

• Supervision of HVAC projects (residential, commercial & industrial)
• Team management & site coordination
• Knowledge of ductable, VRF, cassette & split AC systems
• Quality & safety compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills to manage and lead a team effectively
• Expertise in HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and conduct preventive maintenance
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in HVAC technology is a plus
