Job Description - HVAC Technician

Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances

Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands-on work

Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment including, reciprocating chillers, 225ton and 190 ton rotary screw chillers, heat exchangers, fans and fan motors, pumps and pump motors, electric and pneumatic controls, and associated safety, over current and other equipment protection devices ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency and conserve energy
