About the Role:

We are seeking a Hybrid Cloud Architect with deep experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud strategy, and architectural design. This role requires independent ownership of cloud transformation initiatives and the ability to drive conversations between core infrastructure and IT teams. The ideal candidate will architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Infrastructure Expertise

• 
  

  Strong understanding of Enterprise Networking and Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Security, Observability, HA, Backup, DR)

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and On-Prem environments

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with PCE environments (hands-on experience not mandatory)

  
  

Architecture & Design

• 
  

  Design multi-cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructure using appropriate hyperscalers

  
  


• 
  

  Develop cloud architectures that are scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-optimized

  
  


• 
  

  Establish infra processes and policies across design, build, and implementation

  
  

Migrations & Repatriations

• 
  

  Plan, lead, and execute cloud migrations or repatriations from public to private clouds

  
  


• 
  

  Lead technical teams in executing end-to-end infra transformations

  
  

Cost Optimization & Performance

• 
  

  Analyze billing (PCE and cloud platforms) to identify cost-saving opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend optimization strategies such as Reserved Instances, Spot Instances, or Savings Plans

  
  


• 
  

  Improve infrastructure and application performance through auditing and tuning

  
  

Security & Compliance

• 
  

  Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance frameworks

  
  

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• 
  

  Prepare MIS reports and project updates for senior management

  
  


• 
  

  Clearly document architectural and process-level decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with customer teams, sales teams, and delivery units to grow engagements

  
  

Skills Required:

• 
  

  Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture (AWS, Azure, On-Prem)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in migration and repatriation projects

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of PCE, VMware, NSX-T, Backup (Veeam), OpsRamp

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with GL Metering and cost optimization tools

  Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
