Job Title: Hybrid Cloud Delivery Solution Architect – IaC, DevSecOps & Observability

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Architect and deliver hybrid cloud solutions across private/public cloud environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement IaC using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Golang, or CloudFormation.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines, embedding automated security testing.

  
  


• 
  

  Design and manage observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpsRamp).

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectures and guide delivery teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive container orchestration using Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Rancher.

  
  


• 
  

  Create technical documentation and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Engage with senior-level stakeholders (including C-level) and lead customer interactions.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 
  

  10+ years in solution architecture with hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in DevSecOps: CI/CD, security automation, compliance integration.

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpsRamp.

  
  


• 
  

  In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and production-grade containerization.

  
  


• 
  

  Solid understanding of cloud security, identity, networking, and compliance (e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR).

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

  
  

Preferred:

• 
  

  Experience in multi-cloud architecture and edge-to-cloud integration.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
