Hygiene Assistant

Overview

The Hygiene Assistant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across restaurant and kitchen areas. The role involves supporting daily cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements, and contributing to a safe and hygienic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen, dining, storage, and common areas.

• Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment, utensils, workstations, and floors.

• Support waste management and disposal activities as per company guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment requirements.

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.​

• Assist kitchen and operations teams in maintaining a clean working environment.

• Support periodic deep -cleaning and hygiene audits.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 8th Pass.

• Basic English or Hindi communication skills preferred.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hygiene, kitchen support, or restaurant operations will be an added advantage.

Compensation

• CTC: ₹20,318 per month.

• Approx. In -hand Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month.

• Monthly Performance Incentive: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500.
