Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and solution-oriented team.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing IAM strategies, ensuring compliance with security policies, and driving operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Sourcing, Master Data managers, IS&T, and business representatives), lead IAM workshops, and contribute to the governance and lifecycle management of users' accounts and identities.
You’ll specifically take care of designing and implementing IAM mechanisms and tools, but also driving critical incident resolutions and managing IAM operations.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading IAM workshops on both functional and technical design
Maintaining and improving IAM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and processes
Contributing to IAM standards and security policies
Driving governance of identities and accesses
Performing technical reviews and impact assessments for changes and new requirements
Managing dashboards and reporting for leadership
Supporting critical incidents and ensuring timely resolutions
Ensuring critical applications are well-integrated with IAM controls and governance
Leading the implementation of new security solutions like B2B Operations and B2B SSO
Providing expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and IAM platforms such as Saviynt
Troubleshooting and managing issues related to identities, authentication/authorization, and access permissions
Contributing to the security aspects of IT projects, including risk analysis and compliance assurance

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field
8–10 years of relevant IAM Security Operation and governance experience
Experience with IAM solutions like Saviynt AAG, Microsoft Azure, or other IAG solutions
Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
Understanding of IAM architecture and security patterns
Familiarity with technologies like API, AD, LDAP, and SQL
A professional certification such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, GIAC, or CISM
Experience with ISO 27002 and ISO 27005 standards
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, dynamic environment
Demonstrated drive for continuous learning and teamwork
Ability to analyze risks and design appropriate IAM security patterns
