As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for defining solution designs, fostering strong development practices, and ensuring alignment with the long-term product vision. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of customer identity management, authentication, and risk assessment capabilities. Working within a scaled agile environment, you will lead product-wide design decisions, mentor team members, drive cloud adoption, and contribute hands-on to proof-of-concepts and complex solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise-grade CIAM platforms.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable technical strategies.
• Drive design patterns, trade-off decisions, and evolutionary architectural practices.
• Provide high-level guidance and hands-on support for development teams across Java-based full-stack applications.
• Integrate COTS solutions with internal systems and enterprise platforms.
• Architect and deliver resilient, high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems.
• Manage and optimize large-scale RDBMS and LDAP solutions.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and container-based architectures.
• Lead event-driven system implementations using Kafka.
• Champion public cloud adoption, particularly Azure, ensuring robust and secure deployments.
• Support all phases of the SDLC—PoC, ideation, design, build, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Advocate for DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous monitoring.
• Work with vulnerability scanning tools and log management solutions (Splunk, Datadog).
• Mentor junior developers, designers, and business system analysts, fostering continuous professional development.
• Lead teams of varying experience levels, promoting technical excellence and agile culture.
• Actively participate in design thinking initiatives and technical proof-of-concepts.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10–12+ years of strong hands-on software development experience, with recent leadership in solution design.
• Expertise in Java full-stack development and building large-scale enterprise systems.
• Deep knowledge of customer identity platforms such as Ping or ForgeRock.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise-grade COTS solutions.
• Strong understanding of microservices, containerization, and modern distributed architectures.
• Real-world implementation experience with Kafka and event streaming ecosystems.
• Strong command of Azure cloud design, deployment, and optimization.
• Advanced understanding of relational databases, LDAP, and complex data architectures.
• Ability to mentor teams, guide technical decision-making, and drive engineering excellence.
• Passion for agile methodologies, DevOps culture, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable being hands-on when required, especially during critical PoCs or complex solution builds.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills that enable cross-functional impact.
