IBDP Coordinator

Bloomingdale International School, a premier IB World School in Vijayawada, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IBDP Coordinator to lead and manage the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (DP).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and evaluation of the IBDP in alignment with IB standards and practices.

Guide and support teachers in delivering an inquiry-based, concept-driven curriculum.

Ensure compliance with all IB policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Organize and oversee IB assessments, internal deadlines, and submissions.

Collaborate with subject teachers, school leadership, and IB stakeholders to maintain academic excellence.

Lead professional development sessions and mentor staff on IBDP pedagogy.

Facilitate student and parent orientation and guide students through course selection and college readiness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a strong academic background.

IB-certified training and a minimum of 3–5 years of experience teaching in the IB Diploma Programme.

Prior experience as an IB DP Coordinator or similar leadership role is strongly preferred.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

A collaborative and progressive approach to international education.
