About the Opportunity

A dynamic education platform operating in the international curriculum space, we connect highly qualified educators with top-tier schools across India. We specialize in placing IB-certified teachers who thrive in student-centered, inquiry-driven classrooms—particularly those passionate about guiding students through the rigors of IBDP components like Internal Assessment (IA), Extended Essay (EE), and Theory of Knowledge (TOK). Our teachers shape critical thinkers, foster academic independence, and prepare students for global universities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IBDP Psychology syllabus, with focused mentorship on IA, EE, and TOK.

  • Guide students through the research, writing, and reflection processes of their Extended Essay and Internal Assessment—providing structured feedback and milestone tracking.

  • Facilitate TOK seminars that challenge students to critically evaluate knowledge, perspectives, and assumptions across disciplines.

  • Collaborate with cross-curricular teams to integrate TOK concepts into Psychology units and support interdisciplinary learning.

  • Assess student work using IB criteria, ensuring consistency, clarity, and rigor in feedback and grading.

  • Mentor students on academic integrity, research ethics, and time management—especially during high-stakes IB components.

Skills & Qualifications

    • IBDP certified or currently teaching IB Psychology (minimum 2 years)

    • Proven experience mentoring students on IA, EE, or TOK (ideally all three)

    • Strong command of IB assessment criteria and rubric-based grading

    • Experience with inquiry-based pedagogy and student-centered learning

    • Fluency in English; clear, articulate communication for academic mentoring

    • Proficiency in digital tools for feedback (Turnitin, Google Classroom, ManageBac)

  • Preferred

    • Experience as an EE or TOK Coordinator

    • Training in IB workshop facilitation or curriculum development

    • Background in cognitive, developmental, or sociocultural psychology subfields

Benefits & Culture Highlights

  • Work with leading IB schools in Bangalore—collaborative, well-resourced, and student-focused environments.

  • Flexible placement matching based on your availability, teaching style, and school preference.

  • Professional development support: access to IB workshops, certification assistance, and peer mentoring networks.
