• ITM (IBM Tivoli Monitoring) main components installation on Linux, Aix,
Windows platform & Requirement gathering
• OS agent installation / configurations Able to demonstrate very good troubleshooting skills.
• Performing day to day activity (Situation creation, agent down, testing)
• Installation and configuration of Netcool omnibus
• Configuration of rule file and properties file
• Netcool components troubleshooting

Good-to-Have-
• Hands-on experience with itmcmd and tacmd CLI commands.
• Remote Deployment
• Netcool Impact

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role-
Troubleshoot Agent and Tivoli Application Down
Need to create and edit Situation
Good experience on Tivoli agent upgrade.
Collaborating with various Teams + Service Desk Teams on troubleshooting the Agent level issues
Manage all BAU service request and Incidents that comes to the team’s queue.
Documentation of migrations/upgrades done and new changes.
Assist various other project teams wherever necessary.
