Job Description - IBS Engineer (Telecom Operations)

? Hiring: IBS Engineer (Telecom Operations)

? Experience: 2+ Years

? Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE (E&C / E&TC / EEE)

? Role Overview

We are looking for skilled IBS Engineers with hands -on telecom field operations experience to manage maintenance and troubleshooting of small cell and network infrastructure.

?ï¸ Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & corrective maintenance of Small Cell, WiFi, UBR, L2 Switch & OSP

• IBS maintenance: SMPS, Battery, Electrical Panels, Earthing & alarms

• Power system checks, energy readings & site hygiene

• Battery testing, SMPS troubleshooting & hardware replacement

• Faulty card replacement & coordination with NOC teams

• Maintain records & support SAP consumption data

• Ensure proper antenna alignment, GPS connectivity & LOS

â Requirements

• 2+ years in telecom field operations

• Knowledge of tools like Jio Track and Tableau

• Understanding of SMPS, Battery, Earthing & Network devices

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Strong troubleshooting and field coordination skills
