Resolve technical and functional tickets related to iCIMS (L3 HR Functional Support) within agreed SLAs
Design, configure, and implement solutions within the iCIMS platform
Perform impact assessments across applications and third -party integrations.
Participate in testing activities for upgrades, deployments, and implementations
Create and maintain user guides for enhancements and system changes
Conduct regional trainings for internal stakeholders as required
Collaborate closely with HR users, BPDs, L2 regional teams, regional leaders, and iCIMS vendors
Support end -to -end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scripts and environment setup
Partner with Product Owners and Business Process Drivers to deliver enhancements from the product backlog
Communicate production issues and system changes to regions in a timely manner
Manage global system governance and support regional L2 teams
Monitor and improve effective usage of the iCIMS system
Strong working knowledge of iCIMS configurations and functionalities (or similar ATS)
Subject matter expertise in end -to -end recruitment lifecycle processes
Experience in handling complex customizations and application -level personalization
Excellent communication skills with experience working in global stakeholder environments
Strong consulting skills including fit -gap analysis and business analysis
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Engineering / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications
2–5 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as iCIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo, Workday ATS, BambooHR, Zoho Recruit, etc. (iCIMS preferred)

Type - Fixed term contract for 1 Year (Contract is extendable based on performance)
