This role blends operational support of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform with infrastructure support and early-stage L3 development exposure. It is well suited to individuals who enjoy problem-solving, collaboration across teams, and working in a large-scale enterprise IAM environment.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Monitor, maintain, and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to ensure stability and performance.\n * Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and support integrations with enterprise systems and applications.\n * Support compliance, audit, and access governance reporting activities.\n * Provide L2/L3 support across servers, networks, and storage systems aligned to IAM services.\n * Assist with patching, upgrades, and backup operations for IAM platforms.\n * Collaborate closely with development, deployment, and support teams to deliver services within agreed timelines and support standards.\n * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across IAM operations and support processes.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * A graduate, with an engineering background preferred.\n * Experienced in Identity and Access Management concepts, including user provisioning, access requests, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and governance.\n * Hands-on experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ, including integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.\n * Comfortable assisting with application-level debugging and issue resolution.\n * Possess a basic working knowledge of databases and SQL queries.\n * A strong communicator who works effectively with diverse, global stakeholders.\n * Aligned to the Vodafone Way, demonstrating speed, simplicity, trust, innovation, customer focus, and a collaborative mindset.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
