Identity Specialist - Sailpoint IIQ

About the Role:

The Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery and support of high-quality Identity and Access Management services while adhering to Simeio's standards and best practices. The ideal candidate would have experience primarily in SailPoint IIQ to serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams that assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The ability to take up challenges, adapt to business needs, and stay focused on delivering results are essential to the success of this role.

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IIQ Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Identity Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, Supporting and maintaining IIQ solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective identity and access management solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of SailPoint IIQ within client

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 7 years of experience.
• 3-5 years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 1 years of enterprise software implementation experience.
• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
• Experience with the following technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web and Application Servers.
• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).

Good to Have Requisites:

• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.
• Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, etc.) a plus.
• Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
• Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
• Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus. Experience in a startup company is a plus
• Learning agility to be cross trained
