Job Description

Responsibilities/Competencies

• As an Analyst for the client program, he/she will be responsible to monitor calls/chats/emails of that program to identify the process gaps and the possible exploitation.
• He/ She will be required to analyse reports and prepare audit plans to ensure flawless security checks.
• Client and agent level activity reporting must be reviewed/analysed for outliers, potential anomalies fraud.
• He/ She will be required to prepare, analyse and publish specific and descriptive reports and dashboards in accordance with the fraud/malpractices observed and audits performed.
• In case of any critical activities are noticed then he/she should be able to escalate to concerned departments.
• Stay actively involved with the improvement plans and team building activities to make the programs more efficient.
• Should be able to communicate fluently with grammatically correct spoken and written English
• Good knowledge in Excel

Eligibility Criteria

Tenure:

·    9     months in the current role for lateral movement.

· 9     months in the current role for vertical movement.

Performance Rating:

• Cumulative rating of Minimum Meets Expectations & Exceeds Expectations in the last 6 months as per the Performance Scorecard 
• There should not be any Below Expectations rating in any of these 6 months.

Attendance:

· Not more than 2 NCNS in the last 3 months

Any other:

·           Should not be on an active EDP / DAP/ PEP/ Action Pointers process (as applicable) as on date of application.

·           Employees who have been redeployed to a new process should complete a cooling period of 9 months from the date of movement / transfer, before applying for any IJP.

Qualification –12th

Mandatory Training Completion:

• Applicant should have completed all the mandatory training modules applicable for the current grade/role, as on the application closure date.
