Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create Compelling Illustrations:

• Develop original illustrations that capture the essence of our brand and effectively convey key messages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Maintain a consistent visual style while adapting to different project needs and target audiences.

• Design clear and concise infographics to present data, processes, and concepts in a visually engaging format.
• Work closely with content creators to distill complex information into visually digestible components.
• Ensure that infographics adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate intended messages.

• Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visual assets that support various initiatives and campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and design concepts.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on illustrations and infographics to ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal.
• Review designs for consistency with brand standards and guidelines, making revisions as necessary.
• Maintain organized file structures and documentation for easy access and reference.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Proven experience in illustration and infographic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration styles and infographic designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality in design execution.
