We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our company’s HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day operations aligned with business objectives.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Process payroll in coordination with the accounts team
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Address employee grievances and foster a healthy workplace culture
Conduct performance reviews and assist in appraisal processes
Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
Plan employee engagement activities and training programs
Maintain HRMS and documentation for audits
Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRMS
Recruitment expertise for both junior and mid-level roles
Problem-solving and employee relationship management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA HR / related field
HR Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
