About the Role

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical candidates to join our team as Case Workers / Immigration Analysts. Candidates with 0–6 months of experience are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in immigration or legal case processing is an advantage but not mandatory.

This role is ideal for LLB graduates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning about immigration processes and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support immigration case processing and documentation activities.


• Prepare, review, and maintain immigration forms and supporting documents.


• Update case information and track case status in relevant systems.


• Follow up on pending documents and case requirements.


• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders regarding routine case-related queries.


• Review documents and information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.


• Maintain organized case records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.


• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within defined timelines.


• Follow established processes, guidelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

• LLB graduate – mandatory.


• Freshers to 6 months of experience in any relevant field.


• Prior immigration or legal case-processing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.


• Interest in learning about immigration processes and case management.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
