Employment Type: Full -Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result -oriented Implant to support our retail operations across Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat. The role
will be responsible for end -to -end recruitment, employee engagement, HR
operations, workforce planning, and partnering with business leaders to drive
people initiatives across multiple retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end -to -end recruitment for store operations, including Sales Associates,
    Cashiers, Store Supervisors, Department Managers, and support staff.
  • Conduct
    field hiring drives, walk -in interviews, campus recruitment, and local
    sourcing activities.
  • Build
    and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social
    media, employee referrals, and local networks.
  • Coordinate
    interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open
    positions.
  • Track
    recruitment metrics such as Time -to -Hire, Cost -per -Hire, and Offer -to -Join
    ratio.
  • Ensure
    manpower availability as per store expansion and business requirements.
  • Partner
    with store managers and regional leaders to understand workforce needs and
    provide HR solutions.
  • Drive
    employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
  • Facilitate
    employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.


Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM
    in HR preferred.
  • 2–5
    years of experience in retail recruitment and HRBP roles.
  • Experience
    handling multiple retail stores or regions is preferred.
  • Strong
    understanding of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent
    communication, stakeholder management, and problem -solving skills.
  • Ability
    to travel extensively across assigned locations.
