We Are Hiring – Implant Recruiter for One of the Leading Paint Brands | Chennai

Looking for an exciting opportunity in recruitment and field hiring? Join our team as an Implant Recruiter!

Location: Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Preference: Male candidates with a bike

Role Highlights:

Candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination

Visiting dealer locations and generating references

Connecting with training institutes, colleges, and skill centers

Building strong local hiring networks

Managing continuous candidate pipeline generation

Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills

Comfortable with field recruitment activities

Own bike and willingness to travel locally

Experience in recruitment/field hiring is an added advantage
