Implementation Analyst I

This role is responsible for deploying products into production environments, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Manages implementation timelines, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction through effective communication and task prioritization. Utilizes Salesforce CRM for documentation, time tracking, and workflow updates, with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Deploy products into production environments using SQL and proprietary in-house tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Professional Services team members to drive successful implementations and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify potential issues and communicate them promptly to relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Effectively manage and schedule tasks to meet implementation timelines, achieve departmental objectives, and maximize profitability.
• Record time entries and detailed comments for each process in Salesforce with precision and consistency.
• Ensure all Salesforce workflows, notes, and related documentation are current, meet agreed deadlines, and proactively engage with Consulting teams if challenges arise.
