Job Title

Implementation Senior Specialist

Role Summary

As an Implementation Senior Specialist on the Implementation Security Services (ISS) team, you will play an important role in delivering secure, scalable access and authorization solutions for Amadeus Hospitality products. You will help implement Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) and Single Sign‑On (SSO) to provide customers with simple and secure login experiences. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help shape clear onboarding processes that make it easy for customers to adopt our solutions from day one.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Coordinating the deployment of security solutions—including Logon and Security Server (LSS) and Single Sign‑On (SSO)—to support customer onboarding across Amadeus Hospitality products.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to align technical goals, resolve challenges, and achieve smooth implementation and product launch.
  • Supporting the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping and planning through delivery, while helping teams follow consistent processes.
  • Working with technical partners to design and implement automation that ensures CIAM rollouts are scalable and efficient.
  • Creating and improving customer‑facing content and knowledge materials that enhance understanding and ease of adoption.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Overall work experience is 8 Years to 12 Years.
  • Experience with Logon and Security Server (LSS), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Single Sign‑On (SSO), including familiarity with protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
  • Experience coordinating with cross‑functional partners such as frontline support teams, the Network Operations Center (NOC), and Support to ensure smooth handover into operations.
  • Ability to document processes, prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and explain technical topics clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer‑facing technology is helpful but not required.
