Implementation Specialist (IN), Senior

Designs, develops, and tests a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of a larger project. Develops and tests documentation which describe the specific solution and implementation Makes changes to or upgrades existing solution designs. Enhances and improves existing technologies to apply to new solutions Builds productive working relationships internally and externally Configuration and Validation support during configuration/validation phases of projects Contribute in creating Day in the Life business scenarios JIRA ticket triage through project dashboard Contribute in updating support handover document.
