Import/Export & Customs Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Import/Export & Customs
Coordinator with strong knowledge of international shipments, Indian
import/export procedures, and customs clearance processes. The candidate will
be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, supporting
customs clearance, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export shipments from origin to
  destination.
  
• Prepare
  and maintain documents required for customs clearance.
  
• Coordinate
  with customs brokers, freight forwarders, transporters, and suppliers.
  
• Ensure
  all import/export documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  
• Track
  shipment status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  
• Support
  customs clearance activities and resolve documentation-related issues.
  
• Maintain
  proper filing and records of customs and shipment documents.
  
• Prepare
  regular shipment and logistics reports.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with Indian import/export regulations and customs procedures.
  
• Coordinate
  with internal teams for timely delivery of imported materials to the
  project/site.
  
• Assist
  in resolving delays, customs queries, and other shipment-related issues.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Import/Export, Customs,
  International Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Indian import/export processes and customs clearance.
  
• Experience
  handling international shipments and related documentation.
  
• Good
  knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures.
  
• Strong
  coordination and follow-up skills.
  
• Good
  reporting and documentation skills.
  
• Proficiency
  in MS Office / Excel.
  
• Good
  command of English – speaking, reading, and writing.
  
• Ability
  to work with multiple stakeholders and manage shipment timelines.
