• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot. 

• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js. 

• Utilize AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude AI, and GitHub Copilot for code completion, code generation, refactoring suggestions, debugging, and documentation. 

• Collaborate with team members to integrate AI/LLM capabilities into development workflows where relevant. 

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve software quality and maintainability. 

• Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. 

• Maintain and enhance existing codebases using AI-assisted code analysis. 

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI development tools, and full stack development best practices. 

Required Skills 

• 5+ years of enterprise-level experience in full stack development. 

• Experience in product development is preferred. 

• Strong proficiency in Java 17+. 

• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar. 

• Strong frontend development experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle. 

• Experience with RESTful API design and integration. 

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+. 

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude AI, or GitHub Copilot. 

• Familiarity with Large Language Models for code generation, documentation automation, or NLP-based application features. 

• Experience with version control systems such as Git. 

• Experience with build/package tools such as Maven, Gradle, npm, or yarn. 

• Familiarity with unit testing, TDD, and automation frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, Selenium, with SonarQube integration. 

• Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. 

• Exposure to Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adopt AI tools to improve development workflows. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with React state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. 

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. 

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Experience developing or integrating AI-powered chatbots, conversational UIs, or NLP features.
