Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled D365 CRM Consultant to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, strong programming skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Customize and configure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho) to meet business needs. · Develop custom modules, workflows, plugins, and integrations using APIs and SDKs. · Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. · Perform data migration, cleansing, and integration with third-party systems. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance, data integrity, and user access. · Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. · Maintain documentation for technical designs, configurations, and customizations. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. · 3+ years of experience in CRM development and customization. · Proficiency in one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Apex/Lightning, Dynamics 365, Zoho Deluge). · Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. · Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes. · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
