Responsibilities
Design and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Insights).
Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, plugins, and security roles.
Implement CRM automation including business process flows, custom workflows, and email routing.
Integrate D365 CRM with external systems using API, Azure services, or Power Automate.
Conduct data migration activities using Data Import Wizard, KingswaySoft, SSIS, or custom scripts.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
