Job title: Inbound/Domestic Operations

Role Responsibilities:

Interact and deal with clients effectively
Have a good understanding of 4 & 5 star hotels and travel itineraries
Perform costing and recommend appropriate products
Contribute to negotiation with hoteliers and suppliers
Be proactive in handling calls and providing quick responses

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer interaction and negotiation
Familiarity with 4 & 5 star hotel industry
Knowledge of travel itineraries and costing
Proactive attitude and quick response time
