Inbound/Domestic Operations Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Interact and deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Have a fair understanding of 4 and 5-star hotels
Provide accurate cost estimates and suggest suitable products
Convince clients and assist in negotiation with hoteliers and suppliers
Be proactive in handling inbound calls and provide quick responses
Supervise and manage the team effectively (for Supervisor level)
Act as an assistant manager and lead the team (for Assistant Manager level)

Candidate Qualifications:

For Supervisor level: 3-5 years of relevant experience
For Assistant Manager level: 5+ years of relevant experience

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and costing
Negotiation and persuasion abilities
Proactive attitude and ability to handle high call volumes
Leadership and team management skills (for Assistant Manager level)
