Job Description

● This role requires you to proactively monitor APIs and respond to alerts to ensure

system health and stability.

● You will need to query both relational (RDMS), non-relational (NoSQL) databases to

investigate and resolve issues.

● You'll be responsible for writing scripts to automate the process of fetching and

correcting data points, for analysis.

● You'll need to collaborate with the engineering team to debug and implement permanent

fixes for technical issues.

Skills & Experience

● [Must have] - Proficiency in either Python or JavaScript for scripting, automation, and

data analysis.

● [Must have] - Strong analytical and debugging skills to diagnose and resolve complex

technical issues.

● [Must have] - A solid understanding of databases and the ability to write SQL queries to

extract data and troubleshoot issues.

● [Must have] - Foundational knowledge of APIs (RESTful), micro services, and log

analysis concepts.

● [Must have] - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report on

production issues and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.

● [Good to have] - Familiarity with public cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● [Good to have] - Internship or academic project experience in a software development,

DevOps, or technical support role.

● [Good to have] - Knowledge of specific logging and monitoring platforms like Splunk,

ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
