Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national marketing strategy for Mindray's Ultrasound Imaging Systems portfolio.


• Drive product positioning, market penetration, and business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.


• Lead product launch planning and execution for new ultrasound technologies and solutions.


• Collaborate closely with sales, clinical application teams, product management, and global marketing teams to align business objectives.


• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop actionable business strategies.


• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare institutions, and industry stakeholders.


• Design and execute customer engagement programs, workshops, conferences, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns.


• Develop compelling value propositions and marketing collateral to support sales enablement.


• Monitor marketing effectiveness through KPIs, ROI analysis, and business performance metrics.


• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
