Role: India Recruiting Manager

We believe Recruiting is an art, requiring equal parts of technical savvy, hard work, and intuition. We are looking for a recruiting leader with persistence, creativity, and a drive to succeed. Most of all, we need a leader who loves building lasting relationships, and is committed to working with and helping people. The Recruitment Manager will lead the hiring process for domestic positions, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maxonic currently has staffing services in North America and Europe and is now seeking to extend our services for our clients in the Indian market.

Responsibilities:

Develop Recruitment Strategies

• Responsible for fulfilling customer requirements and mentoring and guiding the recruitment team.
• Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Work with department heads of Maxonic customers to understand their hiring needs.
• Communicate promptly and professionally ensuring a positive end-to-end experience for all Maxonic clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in Staffing Industry
• Must possess hands on experience for recruiting contract roles in India
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role
• Experience on Domestic IT and Non-IT requirements
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Analytical skills to interpret recruitment data.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Position Logistics:

• Must be currently authorized to work in India
• Position Location: Mohali
• Working hours 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Full time (Onsite Only)
• Interview In person
