Indirect PO Cutover Lead

​​ ​Primary Role

Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of open PO data during system migration, focusing on clean-up, year-end closing, and accurate migration of PO balances while maintaining close collaboration with the APT, PEX, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Open PO Clean-up & Closure

• Conduct thorough analysis of open POs using eMP reports.


• Work proactively with PO owners to close or resolve open POs prior to year-end. The lead will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues and reaching out to each PO owner.


• Prepare mass communications to PO owners regarding closure of POs.

2. Year-End PO Balances & Migration

• Work with the eMP team on the migration of PO balances to the new system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Validate migrated data post-cutover to confirm correct balances and open POs.


• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams for timely closure and migration activities.

3. Analysis & Reporting

• Regularly review open PO reports to monitor clean-up progress.


• Prepare and present status updates on open POs to the project team (APT).


• Participate in weekly meetings with the Finance team for updates, issue resolution, and alignment.
