Job Description :
- Business Analyst with 12 to 15+ years of Finacle experience (preferably Finacle 10x)
- Strong knowledge in end to end flow of Deposits (CA,SA,TD,RD, TDS, SI etc (Liabilities) Modules.
- Strong knowledge of FI-XML, API partnership is must.
- Highly Techno-functional, experience in testing methodologies and banking domain is must
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements (BRDs/FSDs).
- Should be able to write detailed process documents whenever a new feature/change would be implemented in the system including API specification documents
- Ability to independently run the project and manage the Senior stakeholders via meetings, regular project updates, executive updates etc
- Ability to understand audit of the system and able to define corrective action plan.
- Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone to complete the program and project life cycle.
- Manage scope throughout the project duration.
- Possesses understanding in the areas of SQL Queries, API, database and system design
- Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
- Understands, tracks and articulates issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Process mapping - process note preparation or operational redesign / improvement as required
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
- BCA/MCA/BE/BTech/ MBA WORK EXPERIENCE
- 12-15 years of relevant experience on Finacle
- Exposure to Liabilities products is preferred.
