Industrial Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions as per project requirements.


• PLC programming and troubleshooting using Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Delta, Schneider, etc.


• HMI and SCADA development, testing, and commissioning.


• Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, Servo Drives, and Motion Control Systems.


• Prepare electrical drawings, IO lists, BOMs, and technical documentation.


• Perform panel testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).


• Handle machine commissioning and startup at customer sites.


• Integrate automation systems with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and CANopen.


• Troubleshoot electrical control systems and resolve breakdowns.


• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.


• Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.


• Follow company safety procedures and documentation requirements.

Qualification

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
