Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  

• Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal labor and equipment usage.
  

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement strategies.
  

• Design efficient plant layouts and recommend changes to enhance productivity.
  

• Monitor production data to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance.
  

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
  

• Prepare reports and documentation related to efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  

• Proven experience in a textile or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and industrial engineering tools.
  

• Proficient in data analysis and production planning software.
  

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  

• Familiarity with textile production processes and machinery is an advantage.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
