Block Chain Developer\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Build, Develop, Implement, and maintain core blockchain modules in Go using the Cosmos SDK, including a sophisticated, role-based token-factory for native asset issuance.\n\n\u2022 Design and implement custom logic within the ABCI++ interface (Prepare-Proposal/Process-Proposal) to enable advanced features and optimizations.\n\n\u2022 Configure, launch, and maintain our blockchain network, including genesis configuration, validator setup, and consensus parameter tuning.\n\n\u2022 Implement and manage cross-chain functionality using the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol.\n\n\u2022 Write exhaustive Unit, Integration, and End-to-End tests to guarantee the security, correctness, and performance of the core protocol.\n\n\u2022 Participate in architectural discussions, conduct rigorous code reviews, and contribute to our high standards for technical documentation.\n\n\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in our development, test, and production environments.\n\n\u2022 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend or distributed systems.\n\n\u2022 Expert-level proficiency in Go.\n\n\u2022 Demonstrable, hands-on experience developing and maintaining custom modules for the Cosmos SDK.\n\n\u2022 Solid understanding of CometBFT consensus and the Application Blockchain Interface (ABCI/ABCI++).\n\n\u2022 Experience in launching or contributing to a Cosmos-based blockchain network.\n\n\u2022 Deeply committed to writing clear, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.\n\n\u2022 2+ years of experience in cloud adoption of Blockchain applications including GCP (target platforms) or similar Blockchain frameworks\n\n\u2022 Good proficiency in RUST \u2013 Ability to understand, dissect and build services\n\nJob Expectations \u0026 Desired Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Experience in development of enterprise scale banking applications will be a plus\n\n\u2022 Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.\n\n\u2022 Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security.\n\nLocation:\n\n\u2022 Bangalore/Hyderabad, India\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
