Programming Languages: RPG, COBOL, CL400, SQL. Database Knowledge: DB2/400, DDS, SQL/400. AS400 System Knowledge: OS/400 commands, libraries, and utilities. Technical Support Skills: Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident management. Analytical Skills: Analyzing requirements and identifying solutions. Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with developers, business users, and clients. Software Development Lifecycle: Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum. Experience with AS400 tools: iSeries Navigator, Integrated File System (IFS). Experience with Web Services, Application Integration, or Modernization areas of AS/400: (can be an added advantage). Experience with FTP concepts and Automation: (can be an added advantage). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively find solutions
