We are seeking a well-connected Industry Sales Lead to drive enterprise sales and regional expansion across Gujaratâs industrial ecosystem. This role focuses on building and managing large industrial accounts while developing long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network within the manufacturing and industrial sectors to generate opportunities, drive enterprise-level solution sales, and support the organizationâs growth strategy in the region.
Drive enterprise B2B sales across Gujaratâs major industrial clusters.
Utilize existing industry relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Build and manage long-term strategic accounts with manufacturing, infrastructure, and processing plants.
Develop strong relationships with CXOs, plant heads, EHS leaders, and operations teams.
Monitor regulatory and compliance changes to identify new business opportunities.
Generate market insights and support regional growth strategy.
Travel extensively across Gujarat to strengthen client engagement and sales opportunities.
8â12 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
Strong existing network within the Gujarat industrial ecosystem.
Proven experience in enterprise solution selling (IoT, automation, or infrastructure preferred).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Gujarati; local presence in Gujarat is mandatory.
Stable career track record with strong deal closure capability.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
