Job Description - Industry Sales Lead – West


We are seeking a well-connected Industry Sales Lead to drive enterprise sales and regional expansion across Gujarat’s industrial ecosystem. This role focuses on building and managing large industrial accounts while developing long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network within the manufacturing and industrial sectors to generate opportunities, drive enterprise-level solution sales, and support the organization’s growth strategy in the region.

Key Skills & Responsibilities



  • Drive enterprise B2B sales across Gujarat’s major industrial clusters.


  • Utilize existing industry relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities.


  • Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures.


  • Build and manage long-term strategic accounts with manufacturing, infrastructure, and processing plants.


  • Develop strong relationships with CXOs, plant heads, EHS leaders, and operations teams.


  • Monitor regulatory and compliance changes to identify new business opportunities.


  • Generate market insights and support regional growth strategy.


  • Travel extensively across Gujarat to strengthen client engagement and sales opportunities.


Key Qualifications



  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.


  • Strong existing network within the Gujarat industrial ecosystem.


  • Proven experience in enterprise solution selling (IoT, automation, or infrastructure preferred).


  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


  • Proficiency in Gujarati; local presence in Gujarat is mandatory.


  • Stable career track record with strong deal closure capability.


  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
