We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and scale creator partnerships across multiple regions in India. This role is ideal for someone who understands influencer ecosystems, enjoys building creator relationships, and can independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work with creators across categories, and a deep understanding of regional influencer landscapes. Multilingual proficiency, especially in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam, will play a key role in building meaningful partnerships and driving successful campaign execution.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across different regions and content categories
Manage end-to-end influencer outreach including discovery, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers
Communicate effectively with creators in multiple Indian languages, especially Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam
Negotiate deliverables, campaign timelines, usage rights, and budgets efficiently
Coordinate campaign execution including briefs, scripts, approvals, and content delivery
Ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns while maintaining quality and timelines
